Sedentarism i a very significative problem in nowdays childhood, an even though there are already programs in some schools, the problem isn´t fixed.
what would i do to prevent the health problems related with the lack of fitness?
well, i think there should be an obligatory space diring the day in schools for the students to exercise in the way they prefer. Also reducing the ammount of grease and calories in the food from the cafeteria, as well as adding a large variety of healthy options in the menu.
this way, the students can find a way to enjoy being fit, because every kid can do it their own way.
