HOW TO HELP STUDENTS GET HEALTHY?

Sedentarism i a very significative problem in nowdays childhood, an even though there are already programs in some schools, the problem isn´t fixed.

what would i do to prevent the health problems related with the lack of fitness?
 well, i think there should be an obligatory space diring the day in schools for the students to exercise in the way they prefer. Also reducing the ammount of grease and calories in the food from the cafeteria, as well as adding a large variety of healthy options in the menu.

this way, the students can find a way to enjoy being fit, because every kid can do it their own way.

WHAT DID I DO IN MY HOLY WEEK?

well.... my holy week was rather common, i don´t think i got to do anything amazing, but i still had a lot of fun.

i spent some days with my mom and some with my dad. i mostly played videogames, i won several mortal kombat tournaments againist my dad and uncles and watched some movies, we also had some family lunches, we had roasted chicken, i remember that.

other than that i passed my holy week just laying on my bed and being on the internet.

there was no trips or special meetings, and i liked it like that.
, it was pretty great in my opinion.

DEIMOS, my ideal social network.

Deimos is a social network divided by pages, every registered user has their own page, there, the user can upload four different kinds of content:

Videos, Pictures, Games and Streams.

In the first on, people can upload videos like in youtube, in the second, you can post art and other images along with text.
In the third one you can upload flash games like in newgrounds, and in the last one you can record yourself live.

Any piece of content uploaded to the site has a comment section, and people can say wether they like or dislike said content.
You can also follow your favorite pages so you can always see what they post.

You can like, dislike and comment annonymously, but you cannot follow pager or upload anything unless you have an account.

Regarding censorship, you can say and do whatever you want Deimos unless it is explicit sexual content (pornography) or extremely brutal and violent content. (unless of course there are no real animals or humans involved)

There is also a private message system, where you can talk to specific people in the website.

The content creators can also allow their viewers to download the images or videos they upload.

Round Table Summary

Sometime ago we made a round table debate in my classroom, in wich my classmates and me discussed the topic of social networks and how they affect our society.

We mostly talked about three topics:

1) Cyber-bullying.

2) why does people act differently on the internet?.

3) the way people act on the internet vs the way they act in reality.

At first we touched one of the major dangers in the internet, cyber-bullying we talked about the different consecuences that thus could bring, being suicide one of the most alarming ones, then we questioned the reasons of the bullies, wich led us to the second topic, we concluded that the annonimity gave the users a sense of liberty that caused them to think that their actions on the net have no consequences, also the need of people to be and say the things thaey cannot say in a physicall social circle, and from this conclution we got to our final topic, where we discussed wether or not people act like a different person on social networks and why, sadly this question could not be answered because we lacked of time, but it was an intresting debate overall.

My name is Julian Vera, and this is my blog.

I'm sixteen and i was born on may 11th 2001, in Bogota, I've lived in this town my whole life.

My father's name is Javier Vera, and my Mother's is Damarys Villamizar, they are divorced and argue often, but they arr both nicer people.

I don't hang out with a lot of people, i have a small group of close friends , i also have some internet friends to whom i talk to very often.

I can speak both english and spanish pretty well.

I've traveled to Mexico, Venezuela and USA, I hope to be able to go to Italy, Japan and England.

I really like watching anime and youtube, in fact, i spend most of my spare time doing so, but i also like to cook and hang out with friends.
My favourite type of music is Rock and Metal, and my favourite type of food is italian.

I dislike people who will do anything to get attention, and i hate reggaeton.
